We may be contracted to create a network from components or to take an existing network improving and updating any or all the components to provide maximum in service and reliability. Our service may involve nothing more than evaluating your needs and preparing a detailed document of what is needed to create a networking structure that will meet those needs. In other instances, we may be contracted to actually handle purchasing of needed equipment, securing the right vendors for various services used within the network, and provide training to employees who will handle day to day troubleshooting and maintenance tasks based on their duties and security levels granted. |

Various Service Levels to Meet Your Unique Needs
While we may be contracted to only evaluate client needs and deliver a list of recommendations, it is more often the case that we are committted to several months or longer of assisting you in the creation and maintenance of the network. This may involve establishing an ongoing working relationship where we may be on call to assist when unanticipated problems arise with the network or to take care of the addition of new components and training your personnel to manage those new resources. Primarily, our responsibilities can be as broad or as limited in scope, depending on the terms agreed upon by our clients and the consultants. |

Our Relationship to You
We may, at your discretion, work independently or associate with a company that already provides various types of networking support services to you. Where needs require, we will travel to the various locations of your company. Often, this is not necessary through the use of secured remote access. |

We Speak English!
Often we find that technical consultants will use ambiguous terms in referring to tasks that can be more easily understood in plain everyday English. This is often to either create the illusion that they are doing something completely foreign, or to simply hide the fact that they don't know the precise answer to a problem. We prefer to communicate with our clients in terminology that is easily understood by everyone. Our clients shouldn't have to carry a thick glossary or have a translator present who speaks "Geek". |
